Flags of Valor Exhibition

A. Artist agrees that work submitted is original work created by the artist

B. Publicity Release: Artist agrees that images or artwork may be reproduced for educational use or publication related to the show.

C. Artist accepts responsibility for delivering and retrieving work on dates as listed in the calendar. Arrangements for alternate pickup date of exhibited work must be made prior to June 27th. Artworks not picked up within 2 weeks of pick-up date will become the property of Manchester Arts.

D. All work must be ready for installation upon delivery. Works not matted, or not matted correctly will not be accepted.

E. Artist agrees that all submitted photos are taken of the Flags of Valor installations. No other photos will be accepted.

F. By entering this exhibition, the entrant hereby releases and discharges Manchester Arts, the City of Manchester, its officers, employees and volunteers, from any and all liability and injuries sustained or loss incurred by virtue of participation in any of the identified programs, and agrees to hold each of them harmless with respect thereto.

This exhibition will be non-juried, but not all submissions will be accepted into the exhibition. You will be contacted by May 2 about the status of your entry.
