A Celebration of Birds

I (the entrant) understand that I retain full rights and ownership of my submitted images, but I do grant permission to MAC650 Gallery and North End Artist Cooperative to use my images for promotional purposes as related to this exhibition only. I also take full responsibility for the subject matter of my images, and have obtained any necessary model and property releases as pertain to such. I understand that, should my images be accepted for exhibition, I am expected to provide the accepted piece(s) framed as requested, and that MAC650 Gallery and North End Artist Cooperative will work to the best of its ability to care for my work, but that any damages are ultimately my responsibility, and that I should insure my work as I deem necessary. The MAC650 Gallery does not supply a fine arts insurance. Furthermore, I also understand that should this call for entries not receive enough submissions to the satisfaction of the gallery, that the gallery may cancel the event and refund me my entry fee in full. I understand and accept the MAC650 Gallery takes a 15% commission on art work sold during the exhibit.
