Your application to the program acts as your agreement to the following terms. 1. Each summer exposure session is six days total, two consecutive weekends, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Open gallery hours are 1-5pm. Reception for the artists will be on the first Saturday of your session from 5-7pm.
2. Each session includes a minimum of three and maximum of five artists. The gallery determines which artists you will be exhibiting with, and which portion of the gallery will be designated for your work.
3. Art installation will occur the Thursday of the week your session begins, deinstall commences at 5:15 pm on the final Sunday of your session
4. Artists are responsible for installing and deinstalling their own work. No works which would require significant wall damage (such as heavy screws or anchors) will be allowed. Gallery reserves right to determine if work is too heavy for wall display. Please note in application if there are any pieces of which you are uncertain. Video artists must provide their own equipment including monitors, cords and remote controls. Artists working in multidimensional sculpture must provide their own pedestals or display cabinets.
5. Artists must create and install any additional information they might like displayed on the wall, such as name, statement, bios, name or payment qr code.
6. Non-refundable application fee of $50 covers gallery overhead. Artists are responsible for start to finish processing of sales. It is recommended to artists to have a Venmo, Paypal or Cashapp account with information displayed for ease of sale when artist is not present.
