2023 Lexington Open Studios

All registration for LOS 2023, will be handled through our online platform -- creating a user id, completing application questions, uploading images and paying.
The image must be 300 DPI, and at least 1200 pixels on the widest dimension. The application will not upload an image that does not meet the criteria. Artists who do not submit a usable image will be listed on the map with only their name and the address where they are exhibiting.

Registration for a Gallery representing multiple artists is $150. Regular Registration for each individual artist is $75 ending midnight February 14, 2023. No applications will be accepted after midnight February 14, 2023. The registration fee covers promotion, regional advertising, and listing of your studio on both the LOS website and a map of studio locations being distributed to over 13,000 Lexington homes. Application fees are not refundable.

You may pay registration fees via PayPal within the application. PayPal can be used to charge your PayPal account or any valid credit or debit card. If you are unable to use PayPal, you may send a check payable to Lexington Open Studios with your registration id written on the front to: Judith Cooper, 9 Jean Road, Lexington, MA 02421

You may exhibit either under your name or the name of your arts business. Due to space constraints we cannot list both on the map.

Each artist agrees to the following conditions for exhibiting:

* S/he lives or works in Lexington or is affiliated with the Lexington arts community or has been specifically invited to participate in this event.

* S/he is responsible for insurance coverage for property, artwork, visitor injury liability, etc. during LOS. S/he shall indemnify and hold harmless Lexington Open Studios and the owner of any host site for any claims of injury or other damage caused to artwork or the premises.

* Each artist will supply all need fixtures for display of artwork. Some tables may be available from the venue where you are assigned to exhibit.

* Each artist will be present in his his/her space for the duration of Open Studios or organize a studio sitter.

Lexington Open Studios is an all volunteer effort. Each artist is asked to make at least a small contribution of time to help make the event successful.
