2026 - Holiday Arts and Crafters Show (#1 of 2 ways to enter, Option A)

This agreement (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered by and between LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY and the undersigned (“ARTIST”), in exchange for the presentation of Artist’s artwork in a gallery or online. I hereby agree to the following:
1. Las Laguna Art Gallery will exhibit the artwork/s in an exhibition at LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY, located in Laguna Beach, California. **Separation of Entities Clause**
Please be advised that Hugo Rivera Gallery and Las Laguna Art Gallery are two distinct and independent entities. Each gallery operates separately and maintains its own management and business operations. As such, any inquiries, concerns, or communications related to Las Laguna Art Gallery should be directed exclusively to Lori McBride, who can be reached at 949-505-0950.
For the avoidance of doubt, please refrain from contacting Hugo Rivera Gallery regarding any matters pertaining to Las Laguna Art Gallery, as they are not equipped to address inquiries or issues related to another independent entity.

**Submission Guidelines:**
- **No Online Fee**: There are no wall rent fees for your artwork for the online only exhibition.
- **Wall Fee for In-Person Exhibition**: Starts Dec 3rd - Dec 28th If chosen for the gallery exhibition, a wall fee will apply:
1- 16 inches $30
17-25 inches $40
26-39 inches $50
over 40 inches, we can talk

Option A: Craft tables for local art and crafts price of those will be based on size and placement of tables. They run $100-$250 per Saturday. Table selection and dates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for invited participants. There will be discounts on tables for more than two Saturdays.

***If selected for an in-gallery exhibition but prefer online-only participation, you can opt out to avoid wall rent and shipping fees, this switch entails no additional costs.

Everyone who submits gets at least one piece online.

Saturday Craft Table Guidelines

Show starts promptly at noon — please arrive for setup by 11 AM and plan to stay until 5:30 PM.
Bring your own table and chair, sized to what you selected from the availability list.
Your table must be staffed all day — you or someone on your behalf.
Discounts available for booking more than two Saturdays.
No refunds on tables; exchanges (size or date) possible if availability allows.
Option A: Holiday crafters only, just give us 1-5 samples (for EntryThingy applicants) of what you want to sell at the Saturday craft show. This is so we don't take too many in one given day of the same type of crafts. If we do have too many of the same, we ask to switch one or two to other days if possible.

2. The artwork(s) exhibited and/or represented by LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY, pursuant to this Agreement, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “ARTWORK” and refers to those artworks submitted by ARTIST to LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY and accepted by LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY for exhibition.
3. In exchange for LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY’S exhibition of ARTIST’S Work, ARTIST grants LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY the right to represent ARTIST in the sale of the “ARTWORK” by LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY.
4. COMMISSION: The following commission/payment terms will apply to each subject “ARTWORK” sold by LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY: 65% (payment to ARTIST), 35% (commission to LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY). A wall rent fee for those who are accepted in the show.
5. LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY reserves the right to determine the terms of payment (cash, bank card, deferred or installment) on sale of Art. For cash or bank card sale, the Gallery shall pay the Artist all proceeds due the Artist within thirty-one (31) days of sale.
6. ARTISTS outside the United States are responsible for any exchange rate charges or bank transfer charges. Please price work accordingly.
7. ARTIST retains ownership of all “ARTWORK” represented by LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY until such “ARTWORK” is sold, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or otherwise. ARTIST retains the copyright to all consigned artwork in perpetuity, as governed by law. LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY shall take steps necessary to insure that the Artist's notice of copyright is protected and included in all documentation.
8. Retail sales price for each “ARTWORK” will be established by the ARTIST. ARTIST is to include gallery commission in the price listed. Please do not change prices without speaking to Lori directly. Consider your price carefully as it is difficult for us to change it – choose your price thoughtfully.
9. LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY will exert all reasonable efforts to close sales of represented “ARTWORK”. ARTIST agrees to provide LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY, in a timely fashion and upon request, with any necessary documents or information in support of sales.
10. If, during the duration of the exhibition, a Buyer is introduced to ARTIST’S “ARTWORK” through LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY, any eventual sale resulting from that introduction shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.
11. PROMOTION: All entrants grant Las Laguna Art Gallery the right to use or publish images of their work to promote the art exhibits, future call for entries, videos, or the art gallery. Selected entries may be included in our online gallery, on our Facebook page, Instagram, Google+ page, ArtSlant Page, FLKR, blog or other social media sites for the purpose of promoting artists and shows. An artist understands that his/her artwork may be photographed for promotional or other purposes.
12. MODIFICATIONS: All modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by BOTH parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between LAS LAGUNA ART GALLERY and ARTIST.
13. Las Laguna Art Gallery is not responsible for any damage, breakage, need for replacement or cost associated with any event that may have occurred during transport or unpacking. Every precaution will be taken in handling the work, but Las Laguna Art Gallery assumes no liability for any loss or damage to any artist’s work while in our care, custody or control, before, during or after the exhibition. Each artist, if they wish, needs to provide their own insurance. PLEASE PACK TO ASSURE YOUR PIECE IS PROTECTED - LLAG IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DURING SHIPPING TO GALLERY OR RETURN BACK TO ARTIST!!!

All art delivered here is locked up in a parcel locker safe no signature needed PLEASE **

Local Artists may drop off work at the GALLERY - please text Lori at 949-505-0950 to SET UP A DROP OFF TIME!
Please ship work in a sturdy, reusable cardboard box, via UPS or FedEx. You MUST include a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. We will NOT hang work that does not come with a return SHIPPING LABEL and WIRE READY TO HANG. LLAG CANNOT accept loose stamps, checks, cash or PayPal to initiate return shipping! THE ARTIST MUST SEND A COMPLETED RETURN LABEL. Work will be returned during the two weeks following the close of the exhibition. Please NO WOODEN CRATE OR BOXES WITH SCREWS. Do not overwrap. Wrap securely and safely, but consider the time and effort the gallery staff must incur to unwrap and rewrap when returning to you. NO PACKING PEANUTS!
15. Any work left at Las Laguna Art Gallery 7 days after the close of the exhibition will be subject to a $5.00 per day storage fee. Any work left at Las Laguna Art Gallery for more than 14 days is subject to sale or disposal without notification or recourse. Please be aware of when the show finishes and make sure we have your return label.
