> One, labeled as Booth, of booth set up at a fair. Any additional booth photos need to be labeled as Art. It/they will be scrutinized closely by the Jury. Your booth photo gives a quick overview of the size, variety and cohesiveness of the work, but also is a reflection of an artist's ability and willingness to display their work. (More is not necessarily better.) It is acceptable if people and/or your name are included in the photo.
Also:
> (optional) 1 short video (less than 3 minutes and up to 1000mb) of you describing your work in .wmv, .mov. or .mp4 format would be appreciated but is not required. This will count as one of your 13 images and will also help us improve our online presentation of your work if you are accepted.
Returning artists may reuse all of your Pieces/images from last year or select the ones you want and you will be able to Add Piece in the next step.
If you seem to enter a loop after Use Previous Piece, the system is probably asking for new or re-upload of your images, and your previous ones are not available.
The jury appreciates Pieces/images that are oriented correctly.
4. After you are satisfied with your Pieces/images, on the right side of that page is General Entry Info where you can again Edit your description, as under My Profile.
