Amelia Island Autumn Fine Arts Festival

ART SHOW RELEASE- I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless the Autumn Fine Art Festival Committee and the Island Art Association, Inc., of and from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from the loss or damage to my property while in the possession or supervision of the Autumn Fine Art Festival, and hereby consent to the enforcement of the Festival Rules as set forth in the application procedures. All atists completing the appliation agree not to sell shirts, hats, wearables or other merchandise with the words 'Autumn Fine Art Festival'. Doing so will cause immediate expulsion from the show by the Festival Committee. BY SIGNING/AGREEING TO THIS RELEASE YOU CERTIFY THAT NONE OF THE ITEMS FOR SALE IN YOUR BOOTH WERE CREATED BY OTHERS.

PROCESSING FEE: $20 (Processed on receipt, nonrefundable.)
BOOTH SPACE FEE: $200 (held until acceptance/space assignment.)
CORNER BOOTH FEE(if desired): $50
Booth fee checks are returned upon notification of nonacceptance.

Applicant information should be uploaded in accordance with entry instructions. 4 images for jurying; 3 images of your original art; 1 image of your booth/display.

The digital images must be in jpg format with a minimum size - 100 kb, maximum size - 5 mb and a minimum width - 300 px.
