The GOURMET MARKETPLACE at the 18th Annual Indian Wells Arts Festival
Held at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, in Indian Wells, California -- Palm Springs/Desert Resorts/Southern California
Show Dates: April 3, 4, & 5, 2020

NOTE:
The Indian Wells Arts Festival is an award-winning judged and juried event uniquely showcasing the fine art and quality craft of 200 contemporary and traditional artists who travel from across the Nation and from as far as Japan to attend.
Up to ten vendors will be selected to join and comprise the GOURMET MARKETPLACE with prominent placement and high visibility adjacent to the main entrance/exit promenade for a first and last sales opportunity.
The Festival boasts over $750,000 in art sales last year with an audience of approximately 10,000 visitors.
REQUIREMENTS:
Food items displayed and sold must be produced by your business, pre-packaged, sealed and consumable off premise. Any item which can potentially be consumed on premise is prohibited as it violates the Tennis Garden's contract as the food concessionaire.
No re-sale products; original craft productions only.
Open containers are for sampling purposes only; Samples shall not exceed ONE ounce.

Upon acceptance you may exhibit only the products for which you applied and juried in. We make every effort to assure that there is no duplication of products.
FEES;
- $275.00 fee includes white peaked canopy booth with back wall and cement bases with covers; size 10' wide x 10'; deep. Bring your own tables, chairs and display materials;
- Canopy sidewalls, tables and chairs are available to rent
- Limited electricity available; $200 additional fee
- Reasonable 15% commission on sales

- The Festival takes place outdoors on the grass and tree-lined plaza of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, creating a unique artisan village
