Application for Artist Waitlist
Show Dates: MARCH 29, 30 & 31, 2019
NOTE: Final and Second Jury Deadline was 1/7/2019
NOTE: Primary Application Deadline was 10/22/18
The 2019 Festival deadline for jury review has passed. HOWEVER, artists may submit a digital application to be on the waitlist for the 2019 Indian Wells Arts Festival.
Application and booth fees are not required until and when a waitlisted artist is notified of acceptance. Waitlisted artists will be considered should a space in their art category/medium become available. Notifications will be made only to those artists selected to participate; no other notifications will be made regarding waitlist status.
REQUIREMENTS:
Images: 3 images of your artwork
1 image of your booth/set-up
Description of Work: medium and technique
PLEASE REVIEW 'Categories and Mediums - Definitions' when making your drop-down selection.
Upon acceptance you may exhibit only the category for which you applied and juried in. You may apply in more than one category, submitting a separate application and fee for each. For example, only artists accepted in the Jewelry category may display and sell jewelry.

- The Festival takes place outdoors on the grass and tree-lined plaza of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, creating a unique artisan village
- Ranked one of the Top 30 Best Fine Art Shows in the country by Sunshine Artist magazine, Best of the Best by Palm Springs Life Magazine and Greg Lawler's ArtFair Sourcebook
- The Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas tournament held each March, is owned by Larry Ellison (CEO of software giant Oracle) http://www.bnpparibasopen.com
- Newly expanded Tennis Garden venue - Newly designed layout with shade structures, food service, bar and seating areas.
- Limited to 200 fine art and quality craft artists
- Aggressive traditional and online marketing campaign
- On-site demonstrations and special exhibits
- Booth size 10' wide x 10' deep $300.00; limited electricity available for a $200.00 fee
- Reasonable 15% commission
- Privately Gated venue with 24 Hour Security
- Artist Hospitality, free WiFi, morning and afternoon snacks, booth sitters dispatched via cell phone
- Friday Meet & Greet and Ribbon Presentation
- Convenient load in - 4 scheduled sessions on Thursday
- Convenient Artist Parking
- Ample free and valet parking available on-site for customers
- Artists must agree to Indian Wells Arts Festival Rules and Regulations
