Arts in the Park 2023

Required Information
You must complete all of the information in the online form, submit the required images, and complete payment through PayPal for your application to be considered complete. Only completed applications will be juried. If you are a food vendor DO NOT APPLY HERE. This is the artist vendor application. For food vendor applications, please return to the Hockaday Museum of Art website.

Entries must include:
In the 'Description of work' field:


• Identification of your art/craft, medium(s) and price range of items

In the 'Statement specific to entry' field:


• First choice for booth size and location

• Second choice for booth size and location

• Indication if the same booth as previous year is preferred

• Identification (yes/no) of your willingness to accept a booth on the street

• Identification of any special need(s) or circumstances

You must upload:


• Four (4) high-resolution digital images of your work (10MB file size limit)

• One (1) high-resolution digital image of your booth set-up (10MB file size limit)



Shared Booths
Shared booths are permitted, and each artist must submit a separate application meeting all requirements listed above. Each applicant must designate the name of the artist with whom they are sharing in the Special Needs/Circumstances field. Each applicant must pay the $25 entry fee.

Fee and Payment:
$25 non-refundable entry fee paid via PayPal is required and (4) pieces of work are allowed per entry.

Jury Process
The jury panel consists of five to seven members. Artwork is evaluated for quality, creativity and originality. Jurors also attempt to achieve a balance of mediums represented at the fair. All jury decisions are final.
