APPLICATION:
All applications must be made through EntryThingy. All work must be original work and completed in the past two years. Photos included in the application must be actual photos of the work the artist hopes to exhibit. Art cannot exceed 48 by 36 by 36 inches in total or weigh more than 40 lbs. All 2D pieces must be securely and properly wired for hanging. Alligator clips are not acceptable. 3D work must be stable. If 3D work requires installation and assembly it is up to the artist to assemble on site. All work entered must be for sale. Healdsburg Center for the Arts retains 40% of all sales.
Deadline for entry is November 1, 2024.
Artists will be informed via email about the Jurors' selection no later than November 4, 2024.

Entry fees for NON-MEMBERS is $45.00 for 1 entry, $50 for 2 entries and $55 for 3 entries. The annual membership to become an HCA member is $60.
Entry fees for Current MEMBERS is $40.00 for 1 entry, $45 for 2 entries, $50.00 for 3 entries.
Exhibition dates are November 21, 2024 through January 3, 2025. Opening reception is Saturday, November 23 from 4-6 PM at Healdsburg Center for the Arts, 334 Center Street Healdsburg CA 95448.

Shipped work must arrive at the gallery no later than November 15, 2024. If a piece is late it may not be included in the show. A return prepaid shipping label must be included with the artwork. Artist assumes the cost of shipping both ways as well as insurance for the work.
Artwork must be delivered to the gallery on Saturday November 17 from 12 to 4 PM and November 18 from 1 - 4 PM.
Unsold shipped work will be shipped the week of January 6, 2025.
Pick up of unsold work Friday, January 3, 2025 from 12 to 4 and Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 12 - 4 PM.
