Questions? Check out our FAQ here:
https://haverfordguild.org/artist-show-application-faq/IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COMMUNICATIONS:
We assume that the email address that participants use for their EntryThingy application is a “good” email address that is regularly checked and monitored by the artists.
After the acceptance is sent out through EntryThingy’s system, we will send out several communications to all participating artists through our MailChimp mailing list, from the email address
[email protected]. In addition, we send out booth invoices electronically through our Square account using the email addresses from the EntryThingy applications.
If for some reason, the email used for EntryThingy is no longer valid, or is not the best contact email for the artist, it is the artist’s responsibility to contact us at
[email protected] to update us with a valid email address. If we are unable to get a response from an artist, or if booth fees are not paid in a timely fashion, we will assume that that artist is no longer interested in participating in our show and we may award their space to another artist.
Please do not unsubscribe from the MailChimp list once the show is complete if you intend to participate in another show with us. After show is complete, we will only send you emails for general upcoming show opportunities. You may unsubscribe if you wish, however, we will need to either re-subscribe you or re-add you under a new email address.
