Gen Con Art Show 2026

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. Submissions are only accepted online through Entrythingy.com. Paper submissions will not be accepted.
2. There is a $36 non-refundable submission fee.
3. Artist must submit images of three (3) different pieces of their work including title, medium and dimensions. Images should be of good quality and give the jurors an idea of who you are and your point of view. Work submitted must represent the artwork that the Artist intends to show/sell at the Art Show. Please do not submit watermarked images.
- Image upload sizes are: Max file size of 5MB; Min file size of 100kb; Min size width of 500px.
- Image file types accepted: jpg, gif, png.
4. Artist will be notified either way.
5. Accepted artists are required to fill out a registration form online; link will be provided along with acceptance notification. The registration form must be filled out and submitted along with payment in full by the Registration Deadline date. If artist's registration form is not received by the deadline date, artist will forfeit entry and will no longer be considered a participant in the Art Show.
6. Select a preferred table size; this is a required field. Please note that your preferred table size selection has no influence on the juried process. If accepted, you must choose and pay for the same table size for which you applied.

Pricing is as follows:
- Two-Panel Table $631
- Four-Panel Table $844

GENERAL ART SHOW POLICIES - Please read the 'Appendix B: Art Show Rules & Regulations' document for a complete list of rules.
7. All work must be the creation of the potential exhibiting artist and should relate to fantasy, science fiction, anime or the adventure gaming industry.
8. Craft artists are prohibited. Craft art includes but is not limited to: jewelry, costume items, masks, ceramics, stained glass and toys. Also prohibited are artists selling pins and stickers only.
9. Only the registered artist may sell the work; no retailers are permitted in the Art Show.
10. Attendance at Gen Con is required in order to display work/sell merchandise; Artist must be present and attend the show for all four days.
11. A Gen Con account is required in our system in order to participate in the Art Show. You will need to create one (if you don't already have one) in order to complete your submission.
