The Furniture Society welcomes submissions for the Interior Design Show Vancouver (IDS) Sept. 22– 25, 2016.
A handful of participants will be selected to exhibit work in our 400 sq ft space at the IDS show. If selected you will receive:
- Free shared booth space at a show that boasts 36,000 visitors.
- Free participation in our targeted PR and marketing campaign.
- Please note that shipping is your responsibility. See below *
The Furniture Society is looking for individuals and businesses prepared to fully capitalize on this exhibition opportunity. Applicants will be juried on the quality of work as well as professional preparedness for this show. Past trade show experience is encouraged.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a Furniture Society member. Priority will be given to members residing on the West Coast or Canada. To become a member, visit http://furnsoc.org/memberships/
- You must pay the $15 entry fee to be considered.
- Submit 3-4 images of pieces you have available for sale and/or detailed plans (drawings, finished prototypes, marketing collateral, etc.) on new products to be released at IDS. New product release encouraged. If selected, you must send print-quality images of your work to [email protected] no later than 09/01/16. Be prepared! Deadlines are absolute for this show. Print-quality images should be 300 dpi.
SCHEDULE:
Applications due by 08/15/16.
Winners notified no later than 08/25/16.
Support materials due to FS on or before 09/01/16 (includes print-quality imgs of your work)
