1. Artist or their representative must be available to hand deliver work on August 29, 2019 between 11:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M., if accepted, to:

Fresh Gallery will not accept shipped works or return shipped works.
2. Works entered must not be larger than 30 inches by 30 inches, including the frame.
3. All works must be properly framed; gallery wrapped (not less than 1 inch deep, no bare edges); metal or acrylic prints must be professionally mounted with wire hanging systems. All entries must be able to hang on the wall. We will not accept any tabletop frames or presentations.
4. All works must present with proper and acceptable hanging system – no sawtooth hangers. Works that don’t meet these requirements will be declined.
5. It is strongly encouraged that the artist attends the Awards at Fresh Gallery during First Friday Art Walk on September 6, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
6. Artist certifies that they own the copyright to all images entered. Artists retain all copyright to their images, however, agrees that Fresh Gallery and affiliated entities may use your image(s) for promotion in digital and print form, including social media.
7. Best of Show awardee agrees to provide Fresh Gallery with a print ready digital file (300 PPI, 4000 pixels on the long edge) of the winning image by September 13, 2019. Image will be used for promotional purposes as necessary during the year, including digital and print form, and for promotion of the following year’s exhibition.
8. Artist agrees to pay 35% commission on sale of accepted work(s) to Fresh Gallery/SRAC, and that commission will be deducted from purchase price with balance paid to the artist on or about October 10, 2019. Sold works are to remain on exhibit in the gallery until the close of the show, September 28, 2019.
9. Artist or their representative must pick up works at the end of the exhibition on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 between 11:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. If you can’t pick up your work(s) on that date, alternative arrangements must be made. Any work left for more than 30 days from 6:00 P.M. on September 28th, 2019, will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of as we see fit.
10. We will make every effort to handle your artwork with the utmost care, however, neither Fresh Gallery nor SRAC will be responsible for any damage or theft to works entered in this exhibition. Artist understands and agrees that insurance against damage and theft for works entered in the Fresh Gallery 2019 Juried Photography Exhibition is the responsibility of the artist.
