2026 FLAG PROSPECTUS
76th ANNUAL MEMBER EXHIBITION PROSPECTUS
This year's exhibition 'Everglow' is in the beautifully restored Court House Cultural Center in Stuart, Florida. The
CHCC is the vibrant cultural hub of Stuart, located in the thriving historic downtown. It is the home of
MartinArts. Join the fun, meet other members, and network in this gorgeous beach city that attracts
thousands of tourists each year. You will find wonderful parks, incredible restaurants, and a vibrant arts
and culture scene. FLAG has an agreement with our preferred hotels that they offer members the same
rate for additional days, so you can make it a nice vacation.
The judge in 2026 is Sean G. Clark, a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who has lived and worked in New Orleans for over a decade. Sean graduated from Morehouse College. He began as a landscape painter and, over the years, transitioned into investigating the human condition. His most recent works
explore rest as repair, blending painting and quilting to fill the literal and historical cracks of the past.

Exhibition or FLAG Area Exhibition, or in the city of Stuart in any exhibition, is not eligible.

venue will handle sales and receive a 25% commission on gross sales. If you have gallery representation, the venue's commission is 40% of gross sales.
5. Artwork Content: Only original work is eligible, meaning the submitted artwork is the artist's own composition in concept and design, created solely by the artist without the use of AI (artificial intelligence).
- Artwork shall not be a copy of OR from reference material not solely created by the artists.
- Multiple prints, such as etchings, must be labeled with the edition number. Single print additions must
clearly be labeled as a PRINT or DIGITAL PRINT. The print must be numbered with a total print number of
no more than 25.
- Reproduction prints and archival Giclee prints reproduced from original works of art, whether embellished or not, are not eligible for exhibition.

or may be removed from the exhibit at any time.
- All art must be presented professionally. Art that arrives warped, unclean, or otherwise damaged will not be exhibited.
- No political, negative, or controversial material that may cause harm to the FLAG nonprofit status or the venue is allowed. Members may present the art for consideration to their Area Chair, who shall present it
to the President for further action.
- Artwork Deemed Ineligible: Should the work be determined ineligible following installation or award, the artwork may be removed, and the art member will return the award to FLAG. Final determination is the responsibility of the President, along with at least one of the following members: the Symposium and Exhibition Director and/or the Parliamentarian.

than the maximum size allowed. If you have concerns regarding the size of your art, contact your Area Chair. This is not a site installation exhibit. Art must be determinable as 2D or 3D only.
- Maximum 2D size: 32 inches wide (including frame) and 84 inches high. All two-dimensional work shall have proper installation hardware; saw tooth hardware will not be accepted.
- Maximum 3D size: 30 inch diameter and 84 inches high on free-standing work; available pedestals are up to
20 inches x 20 inches, so be sure the base of your artwork fits so it is not close to the edge of the pedestal, OR so tall it would not be stable.

Include clear instructions if your art has unusual hanging or multiple pieces, etc. Attach to the artwork or insert the instructions inside your shipping container.
