WE MADE IT! Pop Up Exhibit

Artists will be notified of sales at the close of the show, checks for sold work will be mailed out within 30 days of the exhibition closing date.

ALL WORK MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THEN 14 DAYS AFTER THE EXHIBITS CLOSING.

General Instructions

All work must be for sale
The application fee is non-refundable
The price listed on your entry thingy application is The price that will be printed on your labels. There are no exceptions and we will not change prices later.

The gallery takes 30% commission on all sold works.
The gallery takes all necessary precautions to protect work, is climate controlled and secure however we do not insure work within the gallery, please insure your own work.

All artists are expected to...
Attend the exhibit opening if possible
Promote the exhibit via social media pages. I.E joining the facebook event, sharing the event, posting on their own website about the event, etc.

All work is expected to...
Be gallery-ready meaning if appropriate the edges of the canvas painted, framed (if shipping no glass). Etc.
There must be a wire FIRMLY attached to the back of your frame placed 1/3rd of the total height of the total piece. We will not wire your work for you or re-wire work that is improperly wired.
For sculptures or oddly hung/displayed pieces, you must include clear display instructions.
Work that is not gallery-ready, wired properly, or significantly different then what was presented on your application etc. will not be exhibited.

IF YOU ARE HAND DELIVERING YOUR WORK
If you want to keep your packaging material please take it with you after drop off we are not responsible for lost packing material, boxes, etc.
Work must be dropped off during our business hours. If you have a scheduling conflict please email the gallery. [email protected]
If you do not pick up your work within 14 days of the final pick-up date and there is NO communication between you and the gallery in regards to a late pick up then it is considered abandoned and the gallery has the right to sell, throw away, or any other action they see fit with no compensation to you the artist.


IF YOU ARE SHIPPING YOUR WORK
You must use suitable re-usable packing material and box/boxes.
NO PACKING PEANUTS.
We will reject items that are packed with packing peanuts.
We do not insure shipped works so be advised to insure your own work during shipping.
YOU MUST INCLUDE A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WITH YOUR PACKAGE NO EXCEPTION
Any shipped work will be returned within 30 days of exhibits closing date.
