THEME: INSPIRATION: Art Moves Us, Artists Inspire Us
Inspiration: “A powerful mental or emotional stimulation that 'breathes life' into ideas, or creativity, making you feel excited, motivated, and compelled to do or create something new, better, or more positive, often from an internal spark or external influence like nature, art, or people. It's about feeling energized and connected, prompting you to act, improve, or express yourself authentically. “
Every artist feels inspired and learns to use it as a powerful source of motivation. In a world full of distractions, we hope each of you discovers a creative expression that inspires you to create new artwork for this exhibition.
There are no specific limitations on expression; however, your artwork should be contemporary, created using wax-based media, and related to the theme of the exhibit. The core of this exhibition will be a creative interpretation of your thoughts and feelings on this subject, expressed through art. The juror will select works based on how well they interpret the 'INSPIRATION' theme and the overall quality of the submitted artwork.
