This 10th year festival is held on Park Avenue and Deerfield Road adjacent to Jewett Park in the newly developed downtown area.
The Village of Deerfield and the Deerfield Fine Art commission host and support the festival through numerous marketing channels including their web site and cable tv.
The 6th Annual Artist Preview Party is held Friday evening. Participants are allowed to begin set up at 1 p.m. Friday afternoon. The preview party has been highly successful for artist pre-sales and additional sales during the festival.

- Continental breakfast both days of the show
- Name badges
- Booth sitters
- Negotiated discount on local hotel
accommodations
- Booth Identification Signage
- Day and Overnight Security Patrol
- Festival Brochure
- Professionally judged event with cash and ribbon awards
Tents are available for a fee, upon request.
Standard display space is 10? x 10?. All spaces are assigned. A limited number
of double and corner spaces are available. Double space fees are twice the
standard show fee. Corner spaces are an additional $75.00 per show.

area newspapers, paid ads in local and regional publications, radio ads and
announcements, and grassroots campaign in each town/city and surrounding area.
