Raw Blood and Nerve Magazine–Artist Showcase

Dickinson Publishing Group is a small horror fiction imprint operating out of Brooklyn, New York. Dickinson will be publishing a magazine titled "Raw Blood and Nerve" which will feature short fiction and one section per issue reserved to showcasing an artist's work. The magazine will be published in black and white, so please send work that is either black and white or that you feel comfortable being published in black and white. The tone of the pieces should be dark, surreal, macabre, etcetera. Think Odilon Redon, Gustave Doré, but also H.R. Giger, Junjo Ito. Dickinson's Editor is a layman, so you'll forgive the dearth of precise references.

Please do not submit works created using AI, or if you have publicly used AI in your body of work.

The selected artist will be given a per diem of $50 to $100, depending on the number of pieces selected for the Artist's Showcase. I am sorry we can't offer more, but Dickinson is a very small publishing house. New releases typically sell 4000+ ebooks, and two of Dickinson's publications have more than 10,000 units sold. That is to say, there will be an audience for your work.
