By submitting, the artist acknowledges that he has read, understands, and agrees to abide by the full requirements for entry. The artist does hereby release and hold harmless Del Rio Council for the Arts of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands in law or in equity from loss or damage to property of the artist while in the possession or supervision of the gallery, its agents, representatives, or employees. The artist gives permission for photos or depiction of his work to be used for gallery promotion purposes.
