1. What Year Did You Graduate From CSW? In the space that asks for a Statement, please indicate at the top your year of graduation followed by a brief statement about the work you are submitting.

FYI, it is possible to return and update your profile at a later time.

2. Entrants may upload between 10 and 20 images to convey your proposal--multiple views of three-dimensional objects is permitted, which necessarily expands the numbers of slides submitted as the number of views to convey a work of art is added to the maximum number of allowable images. (In other words, if you submit 20 slides altogether, but need to convey two sculptures with 3 views of each sculptural work, in that instance, the total number of slides submitted would be 26 images.)

After submitting images, please do not press 'Submit This Entry' until ALL images have been uploaded.

3. In the case of two-person or group shows, please indicate all participating individual's names in your application, but each artist must apply separately. For each participating in a group show, please use a 'group name or project' name and enter that information into the first Statement field at the top.

4. Image File Requirements:
We will be creating a 'print-on-demand' catalog. Therefore all images submitted as part of the application need to be high-resolution images. Print images require a higher resolution to look crisp than images that appear on a computer screen. Please submit high-resolution images using the following criteria:


* Jpeg or Tiff files
*300 dpi
* the largest dimension not being less then 8 inches

If your images do not meet our print requirements, you will be contacted and in some cases will be asked for early delivery so that work can be re-photographed.

5. All artists should only submit works for consideration that you can deliver in some way to the gallery. It is the responsibility of the artist to deliver and pick up work.

In the case of shipping work to the gallery, all packaging will be reused. Please, NO PEANUTS! Bubble wrap only. It is strongly suggested to double box all shipments. Please include a pre-paid, self-addressed, return label for all shipped works.

5. Only online submissions accepted. Please do not send applications through the U.S Postal system.
