Rules and Terms to Apply:

Artwork:
The artist hereby warrants that she/he/they created and possess unencumbered title to the Artworks, and that their description are true and accurate. The Gallery accepts for exhibition only those Artworks submitted.

Sales and Commission:
All works must be for sale. CCAC will take 30% of commission on all sales. Price accordingly.

Insurance:
CCAC insures all objects on loan while they are at the Gallery. Works are not insured in transit to and from the Gallery. CCAC will provide personnel to protect work during Gallery hours and a monitoring system after hours. The insurance valuation requested from the artists should be realistic and reflect monies received on sales of like objects. NOTE: To our insurers the burden of proof of value will be on the owner of the artwork.

The Gallery will NOT be responsible for damage of artwork that has been deemed by Gallery personnel to be too fragile, too unstable or improperly prepared for installation. Such artwork must be withdrawn and removed from the Gallery unless the artist signs a waiver absolving the Gallery and its insurance company of physical and financial responsibility. The Gallery and its insurance company will NOT be responsible for work left at the Gallery beyond designated artwork pick-up day.

Picking up Work at the Close of the Exhibition
Two days at the end of each exhibition is set aside for artists who wish to pick up their work. This date will be provided to you in advanced. If you or someone you designate does NOT pick up your work on the scheduled day, the Gallery and its insurance company will NOT be responsible for damage to your artwork. The Gallery has the right to remove and discard of artwork that is not picked up on these days. The aforesaid conditions shall apply to all objects lent to CCAC and cannot be altered, changed, waived or otherwise affected except by written consent of CCAC.

Shipping to/from the Gallery
If you are shipping your work via UPS/FedEx/USPS and wish to have the Gallery return it, a pre-paid shipping label MUST be enclosed in your box or mailed separately to the Gallery. The Gallery cannot under any circumstances accept a check, cash, or shipping order document with your account number on it. If such a shipping label is not provided the Gallery cannot return or store your work. NOTE: All works must be able to be sent back in the same container they were shipped to the gallery in. Artists must assure their containers will be fit for reshipment. If the gallery is unable to reuse the original container, the artist must pay for a new container for reshipment.

COPYRIGHT. Gallery shall identify clearly all Artworks with Artist's name, and Artist's name shall be
included on the bill of sale of each of the Artworks. Artist reserves all rights to the reproduction of the Artworks except as noted in writing to the contrary. Gallery may arrange to have the Artworks
photographed to publicize and promote Artist and Gallery. Photographing is permitted to the public in the Gallery.

TERMS OF PAYMENT. Gallery shall pay Artist all proceeds due to the Artist within thirty days of the close of Exhibition via check in US Dollars.
