Organization: Columbus Water & Power Location Columbus, OH Entry Fee Free Entry Deadline May 11, 2026
Columbus Water & Power (CWP) and Friends of the Lower Olentangy Watershed (FLOW) are partnering to use educational public art to promote CWP’s mission, beautify pump stations, and reduce graffiti. This project integrates art, education, and environmental stewardship to engage the community and highlights the connection between water utilities, watersheds, and public infrastructure. This mural will be located along the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department Harrison West Rail Trail and is intended to complement the 2024 and 2025 One Water murals, Full Circle and Waves of the Watershed. While the mural should feel cohesive with these existing works – through shared themes, tone, or visual language – it should also stand on its own with a distinct concept and artistic expression.
