CMCD Open Call: Contemporary Visual Art Exhibition

By submitting an application, artists confirm that all submitted works are original and that they hold the full copyright to the artworks.

Artists retain full ownership and copyright of their original artworks.
The organizer does not claim ownership of the works.

By participating in the open call, artists grant the organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to:
- reproduce submitted artworks solely for exhibition purposes (printed reproductions or digital projection);
- use images of the works for non-commercial promotional and communication purposes related to the exhibition (website, social media, press materials).

No physical artworks are required to be shipped.
All selected works will be exhibited as high-quality printed reproductions or, in some cases, as digital projections.

Artists may submit up to 7 works per entry. Series-based submissions are welcome; however, the jury reserves the right to select individual works from a series.
The organizer commits to respectful reproduction of the artworks without altering the artistic intent.

Participation in the open call implies acceptance of these Terms of Entry.

The submission of an application does not guarantee selection or exhibition.

The organizer reserves the right to select works at its sole discretion.
Due to curatorial and spatial considerations, not all submitted or accepted works may be exhibited.

The organizer is not obligated to provide individual feedback or explanations regarding selection decisions.

All submission fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
