CLAY ART SOUTH FLORIDA JURIED INVITATIONAL

1)The venue requires a signed liability waiver to be delivered with all accepted works. This form will be sent with each acceptance notice. 2)Please note that Kolb Center is a public access facility with minimal security provisions. Keep this in mind when choosing your entries. Similarly, work with specific display requirements is discouraged. 3)Prizes and awards are at the discretion of the registrar & jurors. All late entries will be processed in the order which they are received, as space permits. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WHEN EXHIBIT CAPACITY IS REACHED 4)If you wish to be eligible for the Featured Artist awards, you must indicate permission to use images of your work for promotion on your entry form. 5) All sales of exhibited work will incur a $20 flat fee commission payable to CASF by the buyer to reserve the purchase. Terms of sale and payment arrangements will be the responsibility of the artist. All artwork must remain in the exhibit until June 28, 2012 unless otherwise approved in writing by CASF registrar. 6)Entries will be complete (eligible for acceptance of work) on date that $25 jury fee is received. 7)Proof of (seasonal or full-time)residency may be requested of awards recipients, especially winners of the featured artist award.>>> Return address on entry payment will suffice.<<<
