Open to artists working in all mediums and concepts, the Chico Art Center seeks to recognize the outstanding quality and diversity of work being generated by contemporary artists. Our annual National All Media Juried Art Exhibition celebrates local, regional, and national artists. This is a fun opportunity for the serious artist, and a chance to add 'award winner' to a portfolio.

JUROR
Artist and subject of the film, Tony Natsoulas: A Face in the Crowd, Tony Natsoulas has been working as a professional artist specializing in ceramic sculpture. His main interest has been large scale figurative ceramic sculpture with a flair for camp. Natsoulas was fortunate to have studied with world-renowned UC-Davis funk art professor Robert Arneson. Natsoulas’ sculptures are in galleries and museums around the world. His commissioned work includes several public and private sculptures in bronze, fiberglass and ceramic. HOW TO ENTER
The nonrefundable entry fee is $35 for up to two works. $10 for each additional entry. In order for the application to be complete, payment must be received through Paypal or with a personal check by the application due date. Make checks payable to the Chico Art Center, 450 Orange St. Suite 6, Chico, CA 95928.

Online entry is required for this exhibition.

Works must not have been previously shown in the gallery or gift shop of the CAC.

Submissions will be accepted until May 20, 2017.

All works must be able to be moved safely by one person. Diptychs and triptychs are considered one work. Works are juried by digital image only. Each entry must have one digital image of the entire work. Detail images are advised. The juror will make selections based on images submitted.

Hanging works must use securely attached 'D' rings or eye hooks and braided wire or french cleat for large work. NO Sawtooth hangers.

Jewelry items must be presented as a set at one price.

Shipped works must arrive on or before Friday, June 24, 2017. A return shipping slip must be included.

Shipped work will be returned within 30 days of the end of the exhibit.

SALES & COMMISSION
All works will be for sale. A 30% donation is suggested for sales resulting from this exhibition. Sold works are to remain in the exhibition until its official closing date.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Hand-delivered work will be accepted between June 18-24, 2017. Gallery Hours are weekdays noon-4pm, weekends 10am-4pm at 450 Orange Street. Shipping artwork to and from the exhibit is the responsibility of the artist. All shipped work must be prepaid by the artist including return labels enclosed with the shipped work. Shipped works must arrive between June 18-24, 2017. A return shipping slip must be included. Shipped work will be returned within 30 days of the end of the exhibit.
