Entrants may submit one 2-d or 3-d image

NAMING YOUR JPG FILES-Your JPG file must be Artist's Last Name_Title. Example Smith_selfportrait2.jpg

All artists will be guaranteed one piece in the exhibit.

There is a $35 exhibit fee to be paid thru PayPal.

Size Dimension Requirement: maximum 36 inches width, height is restricted to up to 12 feet.

Restricted to pieces not shown previously at a CWCA/ WCA Exhibitions. (We will not hang work previously exhibited.)

Important Dates:
Exhibition Dates: February 6, 2019 through March 2, 2019.
Opening Reception: Friday, February 8th, 6-9 pm.
Drop off: February 1, 2019
Shipped work must arrive by Friday, February 1, 2019. (no exceptions)
Exhibition closes: March 2, 2019
Pick up: March 2, 2019 4:30pm- 6:00pm
Work must be picked up by March 3, 1:00pm (no exceptions!)

Must be a CWCA member.

ARC does not take a commission on sold work but will act as a liaison on sales.

ARC Gallery reserves the right to reject any and all artwork that is deemed by its board of directors to be unsuitable due to unprofessional presentation, which may include, but not be limited to, wet or unfinished work, work not ready to hang (without appropriate hanging hardware or method), work that is toxic or potentially a danger to itself and/or its surroundings.
