Due to limited space, make sure that one of your entries is 30 inches or less horizontally.

All mediums will be considered. Work must come ready to hang (no sawtooth hangers).

Shipped work must come with a prepaid return shipping label. (no stamps or checks!!!). All shipped work should be shipped to 716 Marion Ave, Highland Park IL 60035 (Attn: Veronica Clements)

CWCA and A.I.R. Gallery are not responsible for shipping damage, please insure artwork being sent.

Hot Pink Platter will be curated by the Chicago Women's Caucus for Art Exhibition Committee.

The entry fee for current members is $35 for 1-3 pieces of work. Remember one piece must be 30in or less.

CWCA will offer free entry to new members who join in order to participate in the exhibit. Contact Veronica at [email protected] before submission to receive instruction.

All entries must be received by January 13, 2023.

Must be a CWCA member.

February 28, 2023, 12-4pm drop off/ sent works must arrive by this day
March 4: Opens to the public
Saturday, March 4, 5:00-7:00pm: Opening Reception
April 1, 2023: Show Ends / Artist Walk Through 1PM
April 1, 2-4pm: Pick up
