Consumable items are not accepted. A consumable is an item whose quantity is depleted with use. Examples of consumable items are edibles, fragrances, soaps, oils, creams, and candles.
Mixed Media is defined as artwork created by combining two or more different materials or mediums within a single piece. Artists who work across multiple mediums must apply separately for each category. For example, if you create both pottery and jewlery, you will need to submit one application for each category.
Jewelry: any artist who wishes to offer jewelry in addition to their primary medium product offering at a fine craft fair must apply separately and be accepted in the jewlery category. Artists are not permitted to offer jewelry unless they have specifically applied to and been accepted in the jewelry category.
Artists may not sell the artwork of others in the capacity of a broker or reseller. All art sold by the artist must be their own. The artist must be personally present for the duration of the show unless a special exception is made. To request a special exception, please contact the show director at
[email protected]No artwork depicting political messaging of any kind, from any party will be permitted. While patriotism is allowable, the Director of Standards will have the discretion to determine whether or not any work crosses the line between politics and patriotism and may remove any work deemed inappropriate. Topics that are not necessarily inherently political but are currently politicized will be evaluated by the Jury Committee on a case-by-case basis.
Artists may not refuse service or use hate speech or derogatory language on any member of a protected group. Artwork may not include hate speech or derogatory language or messaging towards any person or group based on one or more protected groups. Artwork may not glorify hate groups and their members. Professional Conduct: We expect all artists to behave professionally at all times towards staff, volunteers, artists and patrons. Abusive behavior and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Load-in and load-out can be especially stressful and chaotic for everyone. We ask that artists try to be kind and patient with each other (and staff & volunteers) at all times.
Inappropriate behavior may result in temporary or permanent ban from participation in future guild shows depending on the circumstances and judgement of the Standards Committee.
In the event of a dispute or the need for an exception, the Standards Committee will provide clarification and further direction. If there are any questions, please contact the Show Director at

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COMMUNICATIONS:
We assume that the email address that participants use for their EntryThingy application is a valid email address that is regularly checked and monitored by the artists.
Once the Standards committee completes their review, we will send out several communications to all participating artists including but not limited to acceptance status notices . Please note that we send out booth invoices electronically through our SQUARE PAY account using the email addresses provided by the artist from the EntryThingy applications. Payment must be made within 6 days from receipt of payment notice.
If for some reason, the email used for EntryThingy is no longer valid, or is not the best contact email for the artist, it is the artist's responsibility to contact us at
[email protected] to update us with a valid email address. If we are unable to get a response from an artist, or if booth fees are not paid in a timely fashion, we will assume that that artist is no longer interested in participating in our show and we may award their space to another artist.
