Entry Fee: $10.00 TOTAL (for one or two entries) paid online, or by check

Eligibility: Open to all artists 18 or older and resident of Northern California.

RULES OF ENTRY
1. Artists may submit ONE work of art to the Art Harvest (non-juried) Only 80 total works will be accepted.
2. Juried Exhibition (optional): Artists are required to submit a work of art to the Art Harvest (non-juried) before they can submit ONE work of art to the Juried Exhibition.
3. TOTAL Art Farm entry fee is $10. Entry fee covers 1 (Art Harvest) or 2 (Art Harvest and Juried) works of art.
4. Jury selection will be based on the review of the original artwork which must be hand delivered on Aug 22, or Aug 23, to The Barn Gallery - 512 Gibson Road, Woodland between 9am - 5pm. NO DROP OFFS the week of Aug 15-19.
5. THEME: All artwork must be original and may be inspired by: the farms and farmlands; open spaces; food, bounty; agriculture; farming families, producers, workers; agricultural heritage of Yolo County, CA.
6. MEDIA: Oil, acrylic, watercolor, photography, mixed media, printmaking, ceramic, mosaic, fabric art. A variety of media and styles encouraged to enter.
7. Artwork must have been created in the last three years; not been shown in a previous Art Farm Exhibition.
8. When identifying artwork, include farm location (if applicable).

9. All 2D artwork must be securely WIRED AND READY TO HANG. (No sawtooth hangers, fishing line, or string). Please select frames that are clean, sturdy and compliment the artwork. Free standing 3D artwork will be installed on pedestals.
10. Submitted artwork may be no smaller than 8'x10' (framed) and no larger than 24' x 30' (framed).
11. All Artwork must be labelled on the back with artist name, title, media, dimensions, date. You can also add your business card, or short bio and description of the work (Juried work must also state retail value).
12. Art Harvest entries will be sold for a preset price of $250.(See Rule 14 for artist compensation)
13. Juried Exhibition artwork will be sold in an online silent auction with opening bids starting at 1/3 of the retail value or an amount agreed upon by the artist.(See Rule 14 for artist compensation.)
14. Artists have the option to receive 50% of proceeds or to donate 100% proceeds to the YoloArts Art & Ag Project on all artwork submitted.
14. No remaining artwork may be removed before the last day of the exhibition, Oct 20.
15.All artwork will be featured on YoloArts' website. Juried artwork is available for pre-sale at full retail value prior to Art Farm event.(See Rule 14 for artist compensation.)

Cream of the Crop $500 + winning image will be used for 15th Anniversary commemorative poster.

Plein Air Award $250
