Acrylic Painters USA 2020 Juried Show

ELIGIBILITY: Any artist eighteen years or older using acrylic medium. Accepted artwork must be original, at least 80% acrylic, and less than 3 years old.

DISPLAY RULES: Accepted works must be wired and ready to hang. Accepted art must be made available for the one-month exhibit. Failure to exhibit work will result in the artist's ineligibility to enter APUSA shows for the next two years.

SIZE RESTRICTIONS: Maximum 1,600 square inches with an optional 2' frame. Minimum size is 108 square inches.

FRAMED WORK: Frames must be PLAIN wood or metal, not to exceed 2' in width. For framed paper, use Plexiglas - NO GLASS. Matting is optional. Any mat or liner must be white.

UNFRAMED CANVAS: Unframed canvas must be gallery wrapped with painted sides.

ENTRY FEES: $40 for up to two (2) images. APUSA 2019 Membership dues ($35) must be current to enter. Fees and dues may be included in one payment online via BUY NOW button (Pay Pal or credit card) located at the EntryThingy site where you upload your images.

DELIVERY: Accepted Painting may be hand delivered to Scarfone/Hartley Gallery, 310 N. Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33606 March 20, 2020 10 am to 4 pm.

SHIPPED PAINTINGS must arrive March 18, 19, 20, 2020, Scarfone/Hartley Gallery, 310 North Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33606. Include a $20 check paid to Scarfone/Hartley Gallery for handling and
repacking. Also, include a prepaid return shipping label.

Scarfone/Hartley Gallery agrees to encourage sales but does not accept a commission. A 20% donation to the gallery would be recommended for any sold paintings.

Digital images submitted for consideration must be in jpg or jpeg format. Minimum file size for each image: 500 KB. Maximum file size for each image: 5 MB
