How do we navigate power in a world shaped by algorithms, institutions, images and invisible digital systems?
CIFRA invites artists working with moving images and screen-native formats to explore shifting forms of power — from control and resistance to agency, solidarity and repair.
We're looking for works that reveal hidden mechanisms, challenge existing structures and experiment with new visual languages.
Six artists will receive €1,000 each: five selected by an international jury and one through public voting. Winning works will be featured on CIFRA and across our editorial and social channels.
To apply, artists must create a profile on CIFRA, upload their work publicly and submit its direct link through the application form. External hosting links are not accepted.
