A Curated Exhibition by NorCAL Wax Members and the Center for Creativity in Redwood City

DESCRIPTION
Ethereal - Poetic - Sublime is a special curated live and online exhibition for members of NorCAL Wax, a Chapter of International Encaustic Artists. This NorCAL Wax member exhibition is a contemporary hot and cold wax art exhibition that explores the boundaries of human emotion, spirituality and the natural world through light, scale and language.

Artists are encouraged to create work that illuminates any or all of the three pillars:

- Ethereal: Focus on transience, light, shadows, fragility and weightlessness.
- Poetic: Explore text, rhythm, mark making, quiet narratives and structural lyricism.
- Sublime: Confront scale, awe, vastness or limitlessness.
