2026 SPRECKELS GALLERY EXHIBITION
“RHYTHM & FORM”
An exhibition of movement, energy, and visual rhythm in all its forms.
Applications are now open for the 2026 Spreckels Exhibition “Rhythm & Form,” on view at the Spreckels Gallery in the John D. Spreckels Center.
The Spreckels gallery is located in the primary hallway of the John D. Spreckels Center, located at 1019 Seventh Street. The gallery has approximately 300 square feet of 2‐D hanging display space. Due to the high-traffic public setting, only framed, ready-to-hang two-dimensional artwork will be accepted. Three-dimensional (3-D) works and unframed works are not suitable for this space.
The Spreckels Gallery is an exhibition opportunity owned by the City of Coronado and operated by the Cultural Arts Commission as a service to local artists. The City of Coronado Cultural Arts Commission is seeking Coronado artists to submit for consideration framed two‐dimensional (2‐D) artwork designed for a linear, walk-through viewing experience for display in the space.
