This show is open to Buenaventura Art Association members only. If you are not a member, any fees you have paid will not be refunded.
**Disclaimer: Because of limited space, we may have to cut off entries if the wall fills up. Therefore, it behooves you to enter your pieces as early in the call period as possible so that you can get your pieces in before the limit is reached. If we can't accommodate all pieces entered, we will refund entry fees starting with the last person who entered.
RULES:
1. NEW PRICING: You may enter ONE to THREE pieces of any medium or theme for a flat fee of $25 plus $3 processing.
2. There are size restrictions: pieces accepted up to, but no larger than 432 sq. in. including frame.
3. All work must be submitted in an entry through Entrythingy and images of each piece uploaded.
4. Works that have already been exhibited at ANY of our locations within one year of the deadline are ineligible.
5. 2D pieces must be wired for hanging.
6. Pedestal space provided for very limited 3D.

TUESDAY April 14, 2026, midnight
ENTRY FEES:
Flat fee of $25 plus $3 processing. = $28. Enter one to three pieces.
BRING-IN:
Tuesday, April 21, 11 AM - 2 PM ONLY
EXHIBIT RUNS:
April 21- June 9, 2026
Harbor Village Gallery & Gifts - 1559 Spinnaker Dr., #106, Ventura. Enter the parking lot at Entrance #1. We're in the patio across from Ventura Swimwear.
