This call is open to members of the Buenaventura Art Association only. If you are not a BAA member and you enter work in this show, your fees will not be refunded.
Our wall at SpiceTopia can accommodate approximately 30 pieces. This is a first-entered, first-accepted show. We will accept pieces until we can accommodate no more. If more are entered than we can accept, we will refund entry fees starting with the last person who entered.
ATTENTION!! LARGER SIZE RULES THAN THE HARBOR LOCATIONS!!:
1. You may enter up to two pieces of any medium or theme AS LONG AS THOSE PIECES ARE NO LARGER THAN 864 SQ. INCHES (24 X 36) EA.
2. All work must be submitted in an entry through Entrythingy and images of each piece uploaded.
3. Works that have already been exhibited at SpiceTopia within the previous 365 days are ineligible.
4. 2D pieces must be wired for hanging.
5. Display space provided for some 3D.
BONUS: You can also bring in certain 'Artisan Store' items free with your accepted entry!
If your piece(s) is accepted, you may bring in two additional prints or unframed originals (doesn't have to be a print of the entered piece) for the bin and up to 4 small- to medium-sized artisan craft items. No individual greeting cards at this time, but packaged sets of 4 or 5 are permissible. If your craft is jewelry, you may bring one (1) small to medium stand with up to 10 pieces of jewelry. All Artisan Store standards apply regarding item packaging and labeling. If you have Artisan Store items in the last show, please rotate in new items for this show! These rules may change depending on space limitations and the number of people bringing in items.

FEES:
$12.50 for the first piece, $10 for the second piece, plus a flat $3 transaction fee
BRING-IN:
Thursday, April 16, 2026, 1pm-3pm at SpiceTopia, 576 E. Main St., Ventura. If you have a day job and cannot make these hours, please contact Sharon for other arrangements.
