Organization: Pleased to Present Location Albuquerque, NM Entry Fee Paid Entry Deadline March 27, 2026 Exhibition May 2 - Jun 3, 2026
This is an open call for all artists in New Mexico to submit up to three pieces of their best work to us for our inaugural exhibition, This is Us. This extraordinary exhibition is a celebration of the art and artists of New Mexico. Our beautiful exhibition space is 14,000 square feet and is located on Central Avenue (the historic Route 66) in downtown Albuquerque's art district. Our building is on the National Register of Historic Places, too.

This is not a juried exhibition. If you submit work, it is accepted (with some minor exceptions explained below). This is an exhibition celebrating makers and creators. If you made it, we are "pleased to present" it, and you get to add a great exhibition to your resume.

Artists keep 100% of sales and will be paid directly by buyers. We are a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit, and we secured additional funding, which allows us to give artists 100% of sales!

The application fee is $25 per artwork. We are a non-profit- this fee goes towards organizing, installing/deinstalling, promoting the show, and paying staff to be in the exhibition space during the exhibition. Payments are processed through PayPal. If you hate/dislike/distrust PayPal, please contact us at [email protected] for an alternative payment method.

About Pleased to Present: we are a 501c3 art organization and a little more than a year old. Albuquerque is home to more than 70 ethnicities. Our mission is to bring nationally and internationally recognized art and artists here to initiate dialogue, collaboration, and cross-pollination of ideas. Our board is composed entirely of women with diverse artistic practices. 50+% of our decision makers are POC. We believe in diversity, representation, and equity. We have zero interest in being "gatekeepers" to what New Mexico art should or can be.
