EXHIBIT DETAILS
**ARTIST agrees to exhibit their work in a pleasing arrangement (with guidance from PAVC and BAA) on the 10 ft wide Featured Artist wall (and as space allows, may use the tabletop bin provided for additional work) for the dates listed above.

**ARTIST has paid PAVC for use of the reserved wall/bin and understands artwork cannot be exhibited in any other space in the gallery (i.e. other walls, easels, card racks, additional signage.) Membership in BAA must be current.

**Signs with ARTIST's name/bio or show title are at PAVC's discretion. This will fit within the reserved space, as Harbor Village has strict rules on what can be shown outside the gallery. Exterior signs and signs taped in the windows are not allowed.

**ARTIST will be responsible for installing and taking down their exhibit on the dates above.

**ARTIST must coordinate with the previous artist and with the artist who will be installing their work for the following show, so that they are not in each other's way. ARTIST must also coordinate with BAA Art Center and PAVC with regard to when they are installing or removing work.

**ARTIST must install and remove their exhibit, removing nails, spot patching and painting as necessary. Supplies to do this will be provided by BAA.

**All artwork must be for sale. All artwork must be suitable for viewing by the general public, including children. Distasteful nude or sexually suggestive work may not be part of the exhibit. BAA will curate the exhibit and have final say.

**ARTIST agrees to upload a short artist statement and description of artist's work to the Entrythingy portal or email it to PAVC and BAA exec director, to be used on BAA's website, social media release, Facebook, Instagram, etc., and printed out for the exhibit, at least a week before exhibit installation.

**ARTIST agrees to upload all artwork information, i.e. images, titles and prices, into EntryThingy at least one week before the install date so that labels can be generated in time for installation. BAA exec director will open an Entrythingy portal for your show. Labels will be printed and delivered to BAA Art Center a few days before the show is to begin, to be installed by ARTIST when the display is put up. The artist's work will be loaded into the Square sales register using the Entrythingy list so it can be processed if sold. Entrythingy images and information are also used for an online gallery where your work can be sold through BAA's website.

**ARTIST will receive 70% commission for any work sold in this exhibit. Commission checks are issued by the 15th of the following month, and will be mailed to the address you provided on Entrythingy.

**It is suggested that ARTIST insures their own work. Buenaventura Art Association does not carry insurance for your work.

**OPTIONAL: ARTIST may schedule a mini-reception for their own guests and/or the public at their own expense and under the following conditions:

****If requested during open Art Center hours, you need to coordinate and confirm with that day's scheduled Host(s).

****ARTIST will set up any food/drink table and clean up afterwards.

****If wine service is desired, ARTIST must recruit extra volunteers to be stationed at each door who will ensure that no one exits carrying their wine cup. No alcohol will be allowed on the adjacent porch.

****If ARTIST wishes to schedule a mini reception after hours, this must be negotiated with BAA exec director to agree to host, handle any sales, supervise ARTIST's clean-up, and lock up.
