This show is open to Buenaventura Art Association members only. If you are not a member, any fees you have paid will not be refunded.
**Disclaimer: Because of limited space, we may have to cut off entries if the wall fills up. Therefore, it behooves you to enter your pieces as early in the call period as possible so that you can get your pieces in before the limit is reached. If we can't accommodate all pieces entered, we will refund entry fees starting with the last person who entered.
RULES:
1. You may enter up to two pieces of any medium or theme.
2. This is a Small Image show meant for gift-giving. There are size restrictions: pieces accepted up to, but no larger than 11 x 14 image size, NOT including frame. That is, only one dimension of the image can be as long as 14 inches. Frames may vary.
3. All work must be submitted in an entry through Entrythingy and images of each piece uploaded.
4. Works that have already been exhibited at ANY of our locations within one year of the deadline are ineligible.
5. 2D pieces must be wired for hanging.
6. Pedestal space provided for very limited 3D with no measurement larger than 14 inches.
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES:
Friday Nov 21, 2025, midnight (Same deadline date as Art Center Holiday show)
ENTRY FEES:
$12.50 for the first piece and $10 for the second piece. A $3 processing fee will be added to the entry.
BRING-IN:
Tuesday, November 25, 11 AM - 2 PM ONLY (Same bring-in date/time as Art Center Holiday Show)
EXHIBIT RUNS:
November 25, 2025 - January 6, 2026
Harbor Village Gallery & Gifts - 1559 Spinnaker Dr., #106, Ventura. Enter the parking lot at Entrance #1. We're in the patio across from Ventura Swimwear.
