This show is open to Buenaventura Art Association members only. If you are not a member, any fees you have paid will not be refunded.
THEME: Holiday Reflections -- this show, originally to be at the Art Center, will now be at Harbor Village Gallery & Gifts.
Do the holidays make you feel frazzled or warm and fuzzy? The holidays often carry with them the weight of many emotions. Represent for us what you think about this time of year...reflect on what the holidays mean to you!
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES:
Friday November 21, 2025, midnight
RULES:
1. You may enter and upload ONE piece of any medium under the theme of 'Holiday Reflections.'
2. Size restrictions apply: pieces accepted up to, but no larger than 432 square inches, (18 x 24, for example) including frame.
3. Works that have already been exhibited at ANY of our locations within one year of the deadline are ineligible.
4. 2D pieces must be wired for hanging.
5. Pedestal or counter space provided for 3D.
ENTRY FEES:
$10 + $3 processing fee = $13 total.

Tuesday, November 25, 11AM - 2PM ONLY

ADDITIONAL POLICY FOR MEMBER SHOWS AT THE ART CENTER:
1. If you absolutely cannot make the bring-in date/time, please contact Sharon for other arrangements. [email protected].
2. Because of limited space, we will accept all pieces entered up to approximately 25 pieces. When we have reached that limit, we will cut off entries. Therefore, it behooves you to enter your pieces as early in the call period as possible so that you can get your pieces in before the limit is reached. If we can't accommodate all pieces entered, we will refund entry fees starting with the last person who entered.
