Call for Entries - Washington Art Association: Go Big! Member Exhibition
Exhibition Dates: October 25 November 15, 2025
Opening Reception: Saturday, October 25, 4 to 6 PM
Eligibility: Open to all Washington Art Association members. All submissions must meet size requirements (see below).
Artwork Requirements
Size: Two-dimensional works must be at least 36 x 36 inches. Three-dimensional works must be at least 36 inches in one direction.
Accepted Media: painting, photography, works on paper (drawing, printmaking, watercolor, collage), sculpture, ceramics, fiber arts, and new media.
All work must be original, completed within the last 3 years, and not previously exhibited at WAA.
Work must be wired and ready to hang or display. WAA reserves the right to reject work that does not meet professional presentation standards.
Entry Guidelines
Artists may submit up to 3 works for consideration.
Submit via EntryThingy by Friday, October 10, 2025.
Entry Fee: $25 for up to 3 works
Include title, medium, dimensions, year, and price for each submitted work.
Timeline
Submission Deadline: Friday, October 10, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: Wednesday, October 15, 2025
Delivery of Accepted Work: Monday, October 20, 2025, 9 AM to 5 PM
Exhibition Dates: October 25 November 15, 2025
Opening Reception: Saturday, October 25, 4 to 6 PM
Pick-up of Work: Monday, November 17, 2025, 9 AM to 5 PM
Sales & Insurance
WAA will retain a 40% commission on all works sold.
Work will be insured while on the premises.
Agreement
Submission of work constitutes agreement with all conditions of the exhibition.
WAA reserves the right to photograph and use images of submitted works for promotional purposes.
