AOPR Summer 2025 Membership Exhibition at Lara's Fine Dining

Please read these instructions carefully! Note: You will be able to link back to these instructions as you proceed.

1. Artists may enter up to 3 pieces of artwork. All styles and mediums are welcome. There is no theme.

2. Art can be framed, or unframed, but must be gallery-ready. Each piece should reflect the standards used by galleries and museums. It must be finished and ready for exhibit. All paint and other finishes must be dry and cured. It must have an identifying label with your contact info securely attached to the back of the piece.

3. FRAMED PIECES: We encourage you to use a good quality wood frame, but any frame that enhances the art is acceptable(Black is preferable). A wire that is strong enough to support the piece should be securely attached to the frame with D-rings or other comparable hardware. Pieces must be no deeper than 3 1/2 inches. The wire should be 2 1/2 to 3 inches down from the top of the piece. NO SAW-TOOTH HANGERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

4. UNFRAMED PIECES: Unframed canvas that has been wrapped or painted around the sides may be submitted. Hanging guidelines described above apply to unframed canvases as well.

5. DIMENSIONS: When you provide dimensions, please BE SURE to INCLUDE the frame in your measurement (if your piece is framed). ENTER THE WIDTH (horizontal) FIRST THEN THE HEIGHT (vertical). Do not use double quotes to denote inches. Enter dimensions as follows: 24x18 or 12x12.

6. FILE SIZE: Upload file size is set to between 100KB and 5MB. If your file is rejected for size, call for help! (See below for contact info)

7. PLEASE NOTE: As you complete your entry form, the following information will be required: Title, Media, Dimensions and Price/NFS. If your art is accepted, the information you provide will appear on your exhibit label EXACTLY the way you enter it in EntryThingy. When you list your price you will NOT BE able to change it so be sure you have quoted the correct price.

8. You can edit your entry by coming back to the site as often as you wish. However, once you have clicked SUBMIT THIS ENTRY it cannot be edited.
