The Arts Burlington Spring Sale is an event with creations from the guilds at the AGB. The
BFAA is planning to be a big part of this exciting sale but its success is dependent on having
good participation by our members. Our focus for this sale is to provide clients with small
affordable paintings
Submission Deadline: March 20, 2026 at midnight
Sale Dates:
Saturday, April 18, 10:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday, April 19, 10:00am – 5:00pm
Note regarding submission:
● Please review this document completely, and keep it for reference.
● Initial submission to BFAA is online through Entrythingy
● After your submission by Entrythingy, the information you have entered will remain accessible to you
should you need to refer to it again prior to drop off day. This information will be used to confirm your
work at drop off.
● “Work in Progress” can be submitted to Entrythingy but there can be no substitutions with a
different piece, once your piece is submitted
● Paintings will be organized for hanging by artist where more than one painting is submitted

Artist Bio Cards:
● We now have a database of Artist Bio Cards. Going forward changes will be offered only on a yearly
basis, in the Fall. If you are a new member you will be provided the opportunity to make your first time
Artist Bio Card soon after you join. Note that the same Artist Bio Cards are used for any BFAA
exhibition or sale (ie the Burlington Theatre Shows).
Submission Guidelines:
● Members may submit up to four (4) artworks
● Entrance fee for 1-4 pieces is $20 total, payable by credit card or Paypal
● All sales are subject to a 20% commission
● Last Date of Submission –MARCH 20, 2026 at midnight

Acceptable artwork selling price, size, and substrate requirements:
● FYI: for the 2025 Holiday Sale: of the 36 artworks sold, 64% were priced less than $100, and a further
28% were priced from $100 to $199.
● Art to be priced at a minimum of $50.00
● All paintings need to be properly labelled and wired as set out below
● Maximum size of artwork is 16” x 16” (maximum 16 inches in each direction; paintings may be
square, round or rectangle as long as they fit into these dimensions). Maximum dimensions include
framing.
● Paper works are to be framed under glass/plexiglass. Unframed canvas pieces will be accepted
only with neatly finished sides. Canvas depths of 3/4 inch to 2 inch are acceptable.
