KMAF Mountain Artists 2025

1. At the top click Main to return to the starting page and click Apply Now for this year's fair.

2. At any time, at the top click My Profile to edit your contact info, resume and statement. When finished click Main and then Resume Entry to continue.
Description of Work: description of process, technique and materials.
Statement: Mission statement that includes inspiration.
Resume: List of recent shows, awards and/or pertinent schooling.

3. Please submit up to a total of 11 digital images (Pieces) that are between 50kb to 5mb; minimum 500 pixels wide; in .jpg or .gif format. Indicate dimensions of item, if appropriate. Remember, the first Piece will be the one that will appear on our website's Gallery, so best foot forward. The DESCRIPTION of your images is critical as it will appear in the Gallery on our website.

Also you may submit 1 short introductory video (less than 3 minutes) of you describing your work in .wmv, .mov. or .mp4 format would be appreciated. This will count as one of your 10 images and will also help us improve our online presentation of your work.

Returning artists may reuse all of your images/Pieces from last year or select the ones you want and you will be able to add your Piece in the next step.

If you seem to enter a loop after Use Previous Piece, the system is probably asking for new or re-upload of your images, and your previous ones are not available.

4. After you are satisfied with your images/Pieces, on the right side of that page is General Entry Info where you can again Edit your description, as under My Profile.

5. Before submitting, click See Jury View to review. Pieces that appear blurry will be enlarged by the administrator and will be clear. Click Back to Entry to continue.

6. If you need to stop at anytime, when you return through our website, the Complete Entry button will take you back to where you left off.

$50.00 Entry fee applies. Use PayPal or make check payable to: KMAF. Checks must be mailed so that they arrive by the deadline of July 1.

All work exhibited must be original and produced by the applying artist.
Attendance and participation of the artist is required. We take your privacy very seriously and will never sell, rent or share your information with a commercial third party.
