SWA 74th Annual Exhibition

SHOW DATES June 27, 2024 - August 18, 2024 : DELIVERING accepted work: 6/21, 10am-1pm by using the SWA key(1939) box or 6/22, 10am-1pm 2024.

ENTRY FEES (Non-refundable): 1 painting for $30.00 2 for $60.00 3 for $90.00 4 for $120.00 Up to 4 entries may be entered, 3 of which may be used.
SIZE: Minimum size: 16 inches a side OR 256 sq inches in area. Maximum size 60 inches or 3600 sq inch in area, including frame. Weight: less than 25 lbs.
A 10% donation to SWA for all sales, including prints. Sales are between artists and buyer. Sold paintings must stay in the show until it is over
Paintings need to be original art and conceived by the artist. Photographs are the copyright of photographer. If you use another person's photos, you MUST have permission to use them.
o NO CLASSWORK or work done under supervision
o NO COPIES, computerized art or work printed by any commercial process.
o Art must be completed within the last 5 years.
o NO OIL PAINTINGS under glass/Plexiglas
o No painting over photographs
FRAMING: FLAT HANGERS WITH WIRE ONLY! No hardware projecting beyond back of frame. No eye hooks or nails to be used. Use tape or plastic sleeves to cover wire ends. Plexiglass on full sheet watercolor and larger. We encourage the use of white/off white matts.
