Expressions

Members in good standing of WCA Peninsula chapter may submit up to 3 pieces for an entry, one entry per person, $25 for the entry.

Resolution should be 150 dpi, jpgs please.

Filenames should be as follows:
Lastname_shorttitle.jpg

shorttitle should be no more than 15 characters.

Example:
Christine Cianci, title: 'The last time I met her'
filename =
CCIANCI_LastTime.jpg

2D pieces must be cropped so that nothing shows but the piece (not the frame, table or wall behind it).

photos of 3D pieces should be professionally presented with good lighting and solid white or black backgrounds. No 'candid snapshots' please.

Work submitted that does not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Other Info: No nudity, violence, political or religious artwork. No insurance,the artist assumes the risk. 20% commission on the sale of artwork, HAC (Hayward Arts Council) will collect payment and report sales tax. HAC will be responsible for exchanging artwork with buyer.

Max Size (H' x W' x D') 36'W x 48'H
All 2D artworks are required using D rings with a wire on the back, and ready to hang.

You will receive a subsequent email(s) with an additional google form that is required by the venue. YOU MUST fill out the form and submit the files for your accepted piece(s) NO LATER THAN TBD
