DESCRIPTION
We are accepting entries for our annual Holiday Show! This year?s show will be on display in our gallery, and all artwork will also be available online. Artists can submit as many items as they wish. When submitting your work, please choose one of the following categories: 2D Art, Ceramics, Glass, Jewelry, Sculpture, Textiles, or Wood. Please note in the instructions below that there is a max number of entries for each category. All submitted work will be subject to approval by our Exhibitions Committee and Executive Director. Unless you are notified by the EAC that any work is not approved, all submitted work can be assumed to be accepted. There is no cost to apply for this exhibit.
SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS
-Images must be square, and at least 1080 x 1080 pixels, and at least 150dpi.
-Artwork including nudity, violence, or drug use will not be accepted.
-All work must be original. We will accept up to 20 prints of a single original work in photography, painting, or other 2D work, but original work is preferred for wall hangings.
-You must fill out a separate entry for each category you apply in.
-Applicants must include a professional image/entry for each individual item entered. Image will be utilized for online sales.
-The EAC will arrange artwork pick up/shipping to the purchaser at time of sale.
-All work must be for sale in-person and online. Purchaser will pay for the cost of shipping, and EAC will package and ship artwork.
-Due to limited space, not all artwork will be displayed initially. Items will be filled in as work is sold.
-Dimensions of two-dimensional work may not exceed 40x40 inches.
-All wall work must be wired properly for hanging.

ARTIST PAYMENTS
The EAC will collect a 40% commission from any art sold during the exhibition.
Payments to artists from sales will be made within 30 days after the close of the exhibit.
