Women Artists of African descent from the Pacific Northwest are invited to submit artwork for the 1st All Women Juried Onyx Fine Arts Collective Exhibit which will be held March 7, 2023 through May 12, 2023.
In recognition and participation of International Woman's Day 2023 themed '#EmbraceEquity' Onyx is asking artist to keep the exhibit title 'Embrace Equity' in mind, but all work within the breadth of artistic imagination is welcomed.
Entries can only be made through upload of photographs of your artwork as described in the instructions.
This highly anticipated exhibition in the new Gallery Onyx Arte Noir/Midtown location looks to showcase art juried and narrated by women, with the specific intent to capture the perspectives and voices of Women Artists of African descent from the Pacific Northwest community.
Artists may enter up to 2 pieces of artwork in the drawing, painting, photography, textile, other 2 dimensional, 3 dimensional and one-of-a-kind fine craft categories.
ENTRY FEES: Fees are non-refundable, however, if you are a youth artist (K-12) your fee will be reimbursed.
FOR DRAWINGS, PAINTINGS, PHOTOGRAPHY, TEXTILE OTHER 2 DIMENSIONAL, 3 DIMENSIONAL, ONE OF A KIND FINE CRAFTS -
$20 flat fee for up to 2 pieces. You are encouraged to submit 2 views for 3D works. Fees must be paid through the Entrythingy process.
