Your Place at the Table IV: Growth

Your Place at the Table IV: Growth is a national exhibition of visual art works portraying growth, prosperity, and resilience. The exhibition runs January 5-26, 2024, at 311 Gallery, located at 311 W Martin St, Raleigh, NC, with an opening reception on January 5th from 6-9pm.

Works of any physical medium are eligible, including 2D and 3D pieces such as painting, photography, printmaking, mixed media, and sculpture. Audio and video submissions are not accepted. All works must be for sale and should not exceed 72 inches in any dimension unless permitted otherwise by staff via email. Digital or photographic works will be accepted as editioned or non-editioned prints; gicleé-quality printing services are available for an additional fee. Works will be juried based on JPEG submissions. The gallery's patrons favor purchases in the sub-$2,000 range. A best in show prize of a $200 value print package will be awarded.

Entry fee is $20 for the first work and $5 per additional work, with a maximum of $65 for up to 10 total works. Works are accepted on a piece-by-piece basis due to space limitations. Artists will be notified of acceptance status approximately 3-5 days after the deadline. If accepted, 2D artworks must hang by wire or other acceptable means; 3D works must be able to stand with minimal assistance or come with necessary display items. Expected drop-off/mail-in dates are December 30th (12-6pm), December 31st (2-6pm), and January 2nd (12-4pm). Expected pickup dates are January 27th (12-6pm) and January 28th (2-6pm). Commission rate is 60% artist, 40% gallery after card processing fees, with payment mailed approximately 30 days after sale. This call is open to all living artists in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
